Ask us directlyEvery product page lists the exact measurements of the garment laid flat, not just a size label. Compare those with a piece you already own and love — that is far more reliable than a S/M/L guess. If you are between sizes, write to us with your bust, waist and height and we will tell you which to take for that specific style.
Orders placed before 2pm ET are packed the same working day. US delivery takes 2–4 working days, Canada and Europe 5–9, and the rest of the world 7–12. Everything ships carbon-neutral and you will receive tracking as soon as the label is created.
Thirty days from delivery, unworn and with tags attached. Email us and we send a prepaid label; refunds are issued within three working days of the parcel reaching the studio. Sale pieces can be returned for credit or exchange.
Yes. For the lifetime of the garment, for the original owner. Bring it to the studio or post it to us and we will adjust the hem, waist or sleeve length at no charge — you only cover shipping to us. Repairs from normal wear are included too.
Forty garments per run, per colourway. We restock a style only when the mill still has the same cloth. If a piece sells out, join the waitlist on the product page and you will be told first if it returns.
Please do. The Albuquerque studio is open to the public during opening hours, and you can see and handle every piece in the collection. For made-to-measure or bridal, book ahead so we can have the right samples ready.
